Lean pork loin, marinated to tender perfection and cooked in rich yet balanced panaeng curry with real coconut cream. The curry is aromatic but not overly spicy or oily, topped with kaffir lime leaves and red chili. Served with soft-boiled egg (jammy-style) and chili fish sauce. Customers may request a fried egg instead.
